The Ghana-NRW University Alliance pays visit to KCCR

KCCR was visited by officials of The Ghana-NRW University Alliance Office, led by Dr. Georg Verweyen and Dr. Beatrice Asenso Barnieh. KCCR’s Scientific Director, Prof. Richard Phillips welcomed the group and gave them a tour of the various facilities before briefing them on the research that has been conducted so far.

The Ghana-NRW University Alliance is a consortium of six universities from the federal German state of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) that aims to foster academic excellence and promote research collaboration with universities in Ghana. The NRW partner universities are Heinrich Heine University Dusseldorf, Rhine-Waal University of Applied Science, TU Dortmund University, University of Duisburg-Essen, University of Cologne and University of Siegen.
