SARTORIUS EXPLORES COLLABORATION WITH KCCR

On Thursday, 26th March 2026, the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) welcomed a delegation from Sartorius, marking a promising step toward strengthening international partnerships in research and innovation.

Discussions focused on joint opportunities in training, capacity building, and the use of virtual reality in scientific education. Both institutions also explored co-investment in advanced research infrastructure to drive innovation and expand scientific output.

The Sartorius team toured KCCR’s cutting-edge laboratories, gaining insight into ongoing work in infectious diseases, molecular diagnostics, and epidemiology. Exchanges with researchers highlighted KCCR’s commitment to excellence in research, training, and knowledge transfer.

This engagement sets the stage for long-term collaboration aimed at advancing scientific innovation and improving health outcomes in Ghana and across Africa, reinforcing KCCR’s role as a leading hub for global health research.
