Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo and KCCR Join Forces to Achieve Zero Maternal Mortality Milestone

On Thursday 21st of March 2024, Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo (PreHA) invited Kumasi Center for Collaborative Research, The Infectious and Epidemiology Research group to their Zero Maternal Mortality chalked in the year 2023 meeting. The meeting was to examine, deliberate and strategize on the enablers-intentional or accidental prior to the attainment of Zero Maternal Mortality, the science and evidence of Zero Maternal and the continuous sustainability of this feet by reviewing the intervention that aided the achievement and necessary interventions for its sustainment. During the programme, the management of the Hospital presented a Citation to Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research (KCCR) for the immeasurable contribution towards the progress of the Hospital in the past and present.

The General Manager, Rev. Ezekiel Amadu Daribi in his speech, mentioned that the collaboration between the Hospital and the Research group has helped in providing quality Healthcare. He ended by encouraging the group to continue to strengthen this collaboration.
