Strengthening Ghana-Germany Research Collaboration

October 16, 2025

The German Ambassador His Excellency Frederik Landshöft and his delegation paid a visit to the Kumasi Centre for Collaborative Research in Tropical Medicine (KCCR) as part of efforts to strengthen the long-standing partnership between Germany and Ghana.

The visit provided an opportunity to discuss ongoing collaborations and reaffirm the shared commitment to advancing scientific innovation and capacity building. Over the years, KCCR’s collaboration with German institutions has greatly contributed to advancing research, training, and innovation in tropical medicine and global health. We remain committed to deepening this partnership to achieve shared scientific and public health goals.
